With an eye toward job training, the hope is to eventually have Bridgeport resident Chef Raquel Rivera-Pablo — whose A Pinch of Salt offers cooking classes and catering in Fairfield County and New York City — provide cooking courses to people, particularly youths, interested in working in the restaurant industry.
