Chef Raquel is passionate about teaching people to eat well, even within the most modest budgets. Raquel's experience with food pantries taught her to be frugal, resourceful and mindful.
Chef Raquel consults with food pantries, community supper meals, senior centers, community centers and health centers. Services include recipe development, menu planning, cooking demonstrations & workshops and staff training. The focus is to show how easy it is to prepare meals that are fresh, focus on fresh fruits and vegetables, and are budget-friendly and delicious.

*No formal kitchen is required. Ideally, we'd like access to a hand washing sink and a table. We will come with an induction burner, knives and cutting boards as needed.
